Chula Vista Greywater

The city of Chula Vista could require that all new homes built within city limits be greywater-ready. The method has been used for years by retrofitting pipes from baths, showers and washing machines. Chula Vista would be the first city in California to mandate that all new homes have those pipes to save water — and money.
